WHY IS A NEWBORN SESSION SO IMPORTANT?

First, because this time truly does goes by too fast. As a mother of two, I can assure you, it really goes by all too fast. As much as we want to stop it, the little details like how small their fingers were compared to ours or how their cheeks were just sooo delicious and kissable, will start to fade over time. Until eventually (faster than you think) that little baby grows up and all we have left are the memories and even more accurate, the images.

Second, because you and your child deserve to have meaningful and well captured images with your loved ones. Life is extremely unpredictable and all too often we are left with the regrets of time already passed. One day, all you may have left of someone are the photographs. Those photographs should be high quality images that can withstand the test of time.

Newborn portraits will last forever. physical products that you can hang on your wall will last forever.

Keeping your newborn safe is the number one priority in my studio (providing you with gorgeous once in a lifetime images is a very close second). My clients can take comfort knowing that I am well educated and extremely knowledgeable on how to properly pose and monitor your newborn throughout the entire session. I will never force your newborn into a pose or risk potentially dangerous poses just to "get the shot". I am consistently aware of your newborns airways, body temperature, and circulation to ensure I am providing the best possible care, while also capturing your unique once in a lifetime portraits. I have been trained by world renowned newborn photographers and attend in person and online workshops annually to ensure I am always giving you the absolute best session possible.

Additionally, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to providing you with a unique, one of a kind, luxury session experience. I take extreme pride in the images I create and the time you choose to spend with me. Absolutely everything needed for your session is provided for you and available for your session. I do however, love to incorporate sentimental items, nursery themes, and colors of your preference in to your session if possible and would love to have you bring any of those items if you want them included. If booked in advance, we can truly customize your experience to include every detail and item you desire. I thrive on creating a session, customized specifically for you that is filled with your wants and needs all while accomplishing that vision safely and effectively.
